UNIQLO Social Media Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Social Media Project Manager to sit within the EU team, based in our London office. You will be reporting into the EU Social Media Manager working closely with internal departments and external suppliers at a EU level.
This is an opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for social media, digital culture, and storytelling to help shape how millions of customers engage with the UNIQLO brand online. You'll take ownership of our social channels, creating content that is inspiring, relevant, and tailored to each platform. Working at the heart of a collaborative marketing team, you'll combine creativity, trend awareness, and data-driven thinking to bring our products and campaigns to life, build meaningful connections with our audiences, and drive real business impact.
You will be responsible for:
- Owning social media channels
- Creating and optimising content strategies
- Driving channel performance
- Collaborating across teams to deliver engaging content that supports brand, marketing, and commercial goals

Skills, Experience and Attributes:
- 5+ years’ experience managing social media channels, particularly TikTok.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behaviour.
- Proven experience creating engaging, platform-native content.
- Excellent content planning, organisation, and project management skills.
- Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
- Experience working with creative teams and briefing content production.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use insights to improve performance.
- Collaborative approach with experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality content.
- Experience working with influencers, creators, and user-generated content (UGC).
- Knowledge of social media analytics and content optimisation tools.
- Understanding of e-commerce, customer journeys, and conversion-focused content.
- Passion for fashion, digital culture, and emerging social media trends.
