Hands-on Marketing Role
Hands-on marketing role covering social media, digital marketing, photography, videography and property marketing. You’ll create engaging content to showcase properties and the brand. No previous marketing experience needed – just creativity, enthusiasm and a genuine interest in content creation.
Property Photography & Marketing
You will learn how to:
- Take high-quality photographs of properties ready to be marketed.
- Edit and enhance property photographs to a professional standard.
- Understand lighting, composition and angles to showcase properties at their best.
- Create accurate and professional property floorplans.
- Use photography and editing equipment and software.
- Prepare visual marketing materials for property listings and campaigns.
Video & Drone Content
You will learn how to:
- Film and edit property walk-through videos and reels.
- Create short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social platforms.
- Capture creative content that showcases properties, locations and our team.
- Assist with drone photography and videography, with appropriate training and in line with relevant requirements.
- Turn raw footage into polished, engaging property and social media videos.

Social Media & Content Creation
You will help manage and grow our social media presence by:
- Creating engaging posts, reels, stories and videos.
- Helping plan and maintain a regular social media content schedule.
- Learning what types of content generate the most views, engagement and enquiries.
- Developing new and creative ideas for social media content.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends and identifying ways we can use them within the property industry.
- Creating content that showcases not only our properties but also our people, local area and company culture.
- Helping develop campaigns designed to increase followers, engagement and brand awareness.
Digital Marketing & Performance
As your knowledge develops, you will learn how to:
- Review social media analytics and understand which content performs best.
- Use insights and data to improve future content.
- Understand how social media can generate leads and new business for an estate agency.
- Help increase engagement, reach and interaction across our social channels.
- Support wider marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Research competitors and identify new opportunities and content ideas.

Apprenticeship Details
Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.
Ginger Nut’s delivery is based on a remote, blended model of one-to-one tutor sessions every 4 weeks, group sessions, webinars, online courses, video, and additional support where required.
- Apprentices are allocated a tutor to guide them through the training, conduct regular meetings and prepare for End Point Assessment.
- Our tutors are industry experts with relevant industry experience in addition to teaching and coaching expertise.
- To support learning, we utilise online resources mapped to the apprenticeship and all learners are given access to LinkedIn Learning, and other bespoke channels designed to support their apprenticeship.
Share if you have other relevant qualifications and industry experience. The apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect what you already know.
A driving licence would be essential due to travelling to properties.
