Our Social Support Game-changers will be immersed in virtual reality worlds, aiming to enhance seamless VR experiences.

Location: Permanently site based, at our Belfast VR Hub (BT1 3NR).

Hours: 40 hours paid production scheduled between 11am - Midnight, Monday to Friday.

Salary: £12.75 per hour with a 20% pay increase for hours worked between 10pm and midnight + additional perks and company benefits to help support your unique lifestyle.

Must be fluent in English (C1 CEFR level) and the ability to type 55 words per minute.

What You Will Do In This Role

  • You will be supporting VR customers providing a ‘white glove’ experience via social media, chat, email, WhatsApp and calls. You will own and resolve issues for customers using the tools and resources provided.
  • You will be expected to deliver assistance in an engaging manner - supporting customers at all experience levels. Providing professional responses to user comments and questions and resolution of problems and issues whilst helping to identify opportunities to reduce customer effort and drive User satisfaction both online and over the phone.
  • There is also a product recommendations element on the campaign – pitching products and services to customers that add comfort, protection or extra value to what the customer already has.
  • You will be required to have excellent written/spoken English skills with the ability to type formulative responses in a quick and accurate manner. These responses will be seen online so speed and accuracy are paramount to this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, online forums, social media, and product reviews.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently using available tools and resources.
  • Engage with customers of all experience levels in a supportive manner.
  • Respond professionally to comments and questions, resolving issues promptly.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, adopting the client's culture and tone in all interactions.
  • Seek opportunities to reduce customer effort and enhance satisfaction.
  • Quickly identify and address customer pain points.
  • Monitor forums for issues and escalate or resolve them as needed.
  • Contribute to a resolution knowledge base.
  • Support engagement and community management services.
  • Ensure responses align with brand personality and answer questions thoroughly.
  • Craft engaging responses to foster community participation.
  • Develop user-generated content to meet community goals.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have professional experience or an in-depth understanding of social media.
  • Fluent in English (C1 CEFR level).
  • Typing speed 55 WPM and accuracy of 95%.
  • Experience or interest in virtual reality gaming is desirable.
