About the Role
In your role as a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for executing Wolfspeed's global social media strategy across both organic and paid channels. You will manage the day-to-day delivery of social content, monitor and optimize campaign performance, identify emerging platform trends, and provide data-driven insights that support broader marketing and communications initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Global Digital Marketing, you will serve as a key social media subject matter expert and partner closely with Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, Brand, and external agency partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Wolfspeed's global organic and paid social media strategy across key platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand standards, business objectives, and campaign priorities.
- Create, publish, monitor, and optimize social media content, with a strong focus on LinkedIn performance, audience engagement, and platform best practices.
- Measure and report on social media performance using platform analytics, dashboards, and campaign tracking tools, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behaviors, algorithm updates, and emerging content formats, proactively sharing insights with key stakeholders.
- Partner with Marketing Communications, Corporate Communications, Brand teams, and external agencies to deliver impactful social campaigns and thought leadership content.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in social media marketing, social media management, or digital marketing roles.
- Demonstrated expertise managing LinkedIn as a strategic marketing channel, including content creation, audience engagement, platform analytics, and performance optimization.
- Hands-on experience executing and monitoring both organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Strong understanding of campaign tagging, UTM tracking, social media reporting, and performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present performance insights to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, campaigns, and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Proficiency with social media management, analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work standard business hours in a hybrid or office-based environment, as required.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing LinkedIn thought leadership, executive visibility, or employee advocacy programs within a B2B environment.
- Experience managing paid social budgets and optimizing media spend for campaign performance.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or digital marketing platforms.
- Experience within the semiconductor, electronics, manufacturing, industrial technology, or related sectors.
