SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST

Kepler Interactive is a collective of creatives working together to bring bold, beautiful ideas and experiences to life. We believe in empowering creativity, championing diverse voices, and shaping what’s next in interactive entertainment.

Creativity is at the core of everything we do, it’s the backbone of how we work. We back artistic vision, push boundaries, and believe in doing things differently.

We’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who lives and breathes online culture and can turn great ideas into content that people want to engage with. You'll need to be genuinely immersed in culture, with an appreciation for games, but with an eye to how video games interact with other parts of the cultural spectrum.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll work across Kepler Interactive and our portfolio of games and creative projects, creating content, spotting opportunities and helping us to get cut through across social media platforms and communities always with our brand vision at the front of mind.

You’ll need to know what’s happening online, be able to read the cultural tone on social platforms in real time and be proactive in turning that knowledge into timely, culturally resonant ideas and content.

Success in this role looks like:

  • Creating distinctive, engaging social content that feels right for each project, audience and platform, and aligns to our values and brand vision.
  • Being ahead of trends and proactively identifying opportunities rather than waiting for a brief.
  • Building a strong understanding of what works across our channels, using performance data to make the next piece of content better.
  • Bringing ideas to the table and having the confidence to experiment with them.
  • Being genuinely engaged with video games and the culture surrounding them, using that fluency to create impactful social content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Proactively identify trends, conversations, formats and cultural moments we should be part of and react quickly.

  • Work closely with Creative, Marketing and our studios to plan and execute social campaigns and content that supports campaign and launch activities.
  • Own the day-to-day running of social channels, including planning, scheduling, publishing and co-ordinating posts across a wide range of social media platforms including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, Reddit and Discord.
