Social Media Specialist (Brand & Growth)

Central London - 3+ days in office
£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits

Forward Role is recruiting for a fast-growing, premium consumer brand - well-regarded and has built its name so far without any paid marketing. Growth has come from word of mouth and a genuinely engaged following.

They're now looking for the first person to properly own social. There's no strategy to inherit and no playbook to follow - Instagram is already working VERY well and has real momentum; TikTok is untouched and building it from nothing is entirely down to you!

What you'd be doing:

  • Owning Instagram strategy day to day and pushing it further
  • Building a TikTok presence from zero, including tone, format and content style
  • Writing creative briefs and directing an in-house design team
  • Planning and managing the content calendar around campaigns and key moments
  • Running community management across DMs and comments
  • Growing the brand's audience and reach while keeping its identity intact
  • Setting the metrics that matter and reporting on them honestly
  • Supporting real-world events alongside the online presence
  • Working closely with the wider brand and commercial team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
