Social Media Specialist

Job Summary

We are hiring a Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our presence across social platforms. You'll create engaging content, monitor performance, and interact with our online community to build brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Create and schedule content across social media platforms
  • Monitor and respond to comments and messages
  • Track engagement metrics and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with design and content teams on visual assets
  • Stay current on social media trends and platform updates
  • Support paid social campaigns as needed
  • Assist with community management and audience growth strategies

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 0-2 years of experience managing social media accounts
  • Strong knowledge of major social platforms
  • Basic graphic design or content creation skills a plus
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to trends
