About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our Lisbon-based team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for writing and publishing engaging content across our social media channels, helping us build community and brand awareness across our company and product pages.
You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to create posts that spark engagement, build movement around our brand, and keep our followers informed and inspired.
This is a fully onsite position, based at our office in Lisbon, where you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in person and contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. We are open to support with relocation efforts.

Responsibilities
- Plan, write, and publish high-quality content across social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more.
- Manage posting schedules for both company and product-specific pages.
- Create meaningful and relevant comments to drive conversations and visibility.
- Support community engagement by monitoring and responding to follower interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with ongoing initiatives (product launches, hiring campaigns, etc.).
- Track performance and engagement metrics to continuously improve content strategy.
- Stay current with social media trends, language, and best practices to ensure relevance and creativity.
Requirements
- Around 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
- Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and their best practices.
- Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
