About us

Cozee Properties is looking for a creative and strategic Chinese Marketing Strategist to lead our presence across Chinese-language social media and drive lead generation for our lettings and sales business. This is an excellent opportunity for a Mandarin-speaking (Cantonese speakers also welcome) marketing professional to own a growing channel from strategy through to execution, working closely with our wider marketing and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and nurture a community around our brand Cozee Properties and develop this community across different channels: TikTok, Instagram, Douyin, and RedNote/Xiaohongshu
  • Develop alongside Jenny, our Sales & Lettings Director, our social media strategy to reach out to both our Chinese speaking audience and english speaking one.
  • Stay current on Chinese social media regulations and platform policies, ensuring all content and promotion complies with them
  • Produce photo and video content, including video editing and photo editing
  • Build the dashboard on your own to track the performance of the strategy you presented
  • Build lead generation strategies that turn social engagement into qualified lettings and sales enquiries
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align messaging and hand off qualified leads

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
