About The Coaching Masters
We're a disruptive, innovative coach training company on a mission to help people transform their lives, become certified life coaches and build freedom-based online businesses.
We've already helped over 15,000 customers across 87 countries, and we're looking for someone creative, ambitious and full of fresh ideas to take our social media presence to the next level.
We're not looking for someone to simply schedule posts and maintain an Instagram account.
We're looking for someone who understands coaching, knows how to create engaging content and wants to become a recognisable face of a growing international brand.
This is an opportunity to combine your passion for social media, coaching, content creation and personal development.
The Role
This position has two core responsibilities, each representing approximately 50% of your working week.
Grow Our Brand & Create Engaging Content (50%)
You'll take ownership of The Coaching Masters' social media presence, primarily Instagram, helping us build an exciting, engaging and recognisable brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Social Media Growth: Develop creative strategies to grow our following, reach and engagement.
- Content Creation: Produce engaging Reels, videos, graphics, stories and inspirational content.
- Become a Face of the Brand: Confidently appear on camera, create original content and connect with our audience.
- Viral Content: Identify trends, experiment with creative ideas and create content with strong potential for organic reach.
- Community Engagement: Showcase client success stories, testimonials, transformations and achievements.
- Brand Development: Help shape a fresh, modern and visually appealing social media identity.
- Performance: Track engagement, reach, follower growth and leads to continuously improve results.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
We want someone who doesn't just follow trends but has the creativity and confidence to create them.
Deliver Social Media Strategy to Our Clients (50%)
You'll also work directly with our life coaching clients, helping them improve their Instagram presence to attract more followers, build trust and generate coaching enquiries.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting personalised Instagram profile audits and strategy reviews.
- Optimising bios, profile positioning, highlights and overall aesthetics.
- Advising on content strategies that attract and engage their ideal clients.
- Helping coaches build authority, nurture their audience and increase organic reach.
- Teaching clients how to turn social media attention into enquiries and paying clients.
- Providing clear, actionable feedback that clients can easily implement.
Your role is to provide expert strategy and guidance, not manage each client's social media accounts.
Who We're Looking For
We're more interested in your creativity, personality and demonstrated results than your corporate experience.
Essential requirements:
- Coaching Industry Knowledge: A genuine understanding of life coaching, personal development and the coaching industry. Ideally, you'll be a trained coach or have worked professionally within the industry.
- Instagram Expertise: Strong knowledge of social media growth, engagement, content creation and organic lead generation.
- Proven Results: Experience growing an engaged Instagram following, whether personally or professionally.
- Content Creation: The ability to produce attractive, engaging videos, Reels and graphics.
- On-Camera Confidence: Comfortable presenting, speaking about coaching and becoming a face of our brand.
- Strategic Thinking: Understand how to turn followers into leads and ultimately paying customers.
- Communication: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to confidently advise clients.
- Creative Independence: Someone proactive, innovative and comfortable taking ownership of their work.

A personal Instagram account with 10,000 genuinely engaged followers could be more impressive to us than five years of corporate social media experience.
We want to see that you understand what makes people stop scrolling, engage, follow and take action.

You should be comfortable creating content that feels authentic, relatable, inspiring and occasionally disruptive.
We don't want another generic corporate social media presence. We want someone who can help us stand out.
