About the Role & Team

We are looking for a Social Media Supervisor to join the Disney+ EMEA Social & Comms team. Our social team is responsible for leading and delivering social promotional campaigns for our local original titles (e.g. Rivals), general entertainment titles (e.g. Only Murders in The Building), fan favourites (e.g. Desperate Housewives), live sports (e.g. Formula E, Women’s Champions League) and seasonal brand campaigns throughout the year.

The right candidate will be comfortable leading a varied range of campaigns, as well as being responsible for Disney+’s always-on social strategy and our sports approach.

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

You'll join a team grounded in our Disney values: acting with Integrity, welcoming everyone through Inclusion, embracing boundless Creativity, working together through Collaboration, and caring deeply for our Community. These values shape how we work and how we support one another every day.

What You Will Do

  • Own social campaigns for a range of content on Disney+, working with the wider marketing and comms team to devise and deliver on both platform and campaign strategy.
  • Spearhead always-on content creation, ensuring the delivery of consistent, high-quality content that drives engagement and enhances brand attribution across the Disney+ platforms.
  • Day-to-day work with the Social Coordinator to factor always-on and brand campaign beats into the Disney+ content calendar and ensure posts are in-line with business priorities.
  • Support cross-company social media priorities and initiatives, driving both strategy and creative direction while working with Studios and other lines of business on major projects and events.
  • Manage the content approval workflow alongside the team intern; coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure published content aligns with brand standards and receives timely approval.
  • Be the point of contact for local EMEA markets, host bi-weekly meetings and act as the bridge between global and local teams, adapting content strategies to fit regional needs whilst still maintaining cohesive brand messaging.
  • Mentor and supervise the team's intern, conduct regular 1:1 meetings, offer feedback, and create opportunities for professional and personal growth.
  • Conceptualise and execute social-first stunts and campaigns that create buzz, drive engagement, and strengthen brand attribution.
  • Help set our reporting approach to inform brand health, content approach and track performance against the team’s social strategy.
  • Report regularly on campaign performance, share insights with wider business and voice recommendations on how to accelerate impact and improve efficiency.
  • Work with key counterparts in EMEA markets to deliver your own activations and social content through an established approval process.
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging content trends, platform tools etc, to ensure strategy is evolving in-line with the industry, ensuring local EMEA markets and regional teams are informed too.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
