About us
Party Snail Games is a small independent board game company making fast, funny party games - including Ninja Hamster Apocalypse Disco, Clay It Again and What The Scribble?! We’ve sold more than 25,000 games since launching 2 years ago and are now looking to grow our social presence to share our games and brand.
About the role
We’re looking for someone creative, organised and commercially minded to help us grow on TikTok and Instagram.
You’ll help us:
- Edit engaging, primarily video-based content (we expect this will form at least half the role)
- Help plan and develop content ideas
- Create content yourself where appropriate - we expect this to mostly be video
- Post regularly and interact through our social accounts
- Grow our audience and help us sell through TikTok Shop and other channels
- Use AI and automation behind the scenes to build efficient, repeatable processes for planning, editing and scheduling - but not to generate content or interact with our audience!

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

About you
You will:
- Be a skilled video editor, with experience turning raw footage into engaging short-form content
- Have experience creating video content for social media. This doesn't have to be in a professional capacity and could be for yourself, a brand or somebody else.
- Understand TikTok, Instagram and what makes content work
- Think about the why, not just make things look polished
- Balance quality with getting content made and published
- Be reliable, organised and a good communicator
- Be comfortable giving and receiving honest feedback
- Live in the UK and have a legal right to work here
You don’t need professional experience, and you don’t necessarily need to appear on camera - although it's a positive if you can. However, some hands-on experience of creating and editing online content (either for yourself or others) is essential. We care most about your instincts, ideas, attitude and ability to make things happen.
