Job title: Social Media Video Editor
Location: Remote
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Up to £30,000 (Depending on experience)
We're Scrolled, the social media and video agency recently rebranded from Surrey Films. We work primarily in video content, for clients across a wide range of industries including sport, gaming, radio, consumer brands, political campaigns and more.
This is an editing role built purely around social media. Predominantly short-form, fast turnaround, made to perform on the platform it's going out on rather than repurposed from something longer.
This is a role that can be moulded around your skillset, strengths and interests. We strongly encourage you to apply if you feel you'd make a good fit in our growing team.
What you'll do
- Cut and edit highly engaging short-form social video
- Work directly with clients, taking briefs and feedback first hand
- Work to brand guidelines across a varied client roster, switching tone between them
- Turn around edits quickly following a brief
- Grade and mix your own work to a finished standard
- Help shape how content is put together, not just execute someone else's brief

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
