Social & Paid Marketing Executive Salary: Up to £32,000

Our client is looking for a Social & Paid Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing agency in Maidenhead. This is a great opportunity for someone with some social media experience who is keen to develop across organic social and paid media. You'll work across content creation, community management, Meta advertising and campaign reporting, with support from experienced team members.

The Role

  • Create, schedule and manage social content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
  • Write engaging copy and support content calendars and campaign ideas.
  • Create simple graphics and short-form video using tools such as Canva.
  • Support the set-up and management of Meta advertising campaigns.
  • Help monitor budgets, audiences, creative and campaign performance.
  • Support social and paid media reporting.
  • Work alongside the wider team to deliver campaigns across multiple client accounts.
  • Develop your skills and take on more responsibility as you grow.

Requirements:

  • Around 1-2 years' experience in social media, digital marketing, paid social or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience creating or managing social content.
  • Some experience with Meta Ads Manager, or is keen to develop their paid social knowledge.
  • Confident writer with a good eye for engaging content.
  • Curious about performance and enjoys understanding what makes campaigns work.
  • Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively across multiple projects.
  • Experience with Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, short-form video, paid social campaigns or reporting would be a bonus.
