Love creating brilliant social content but also fascinated by what makes campaigns perform? We're looking for someone who enjoys both organic social and paid campaigns and wants to build their expertise across both.

You'll already have some hands-on experience managing social media and using Meta Ads Manager, and you'll be excited by the opportunity to develop your skills across content creation, community management, paid advertising and campaign performance.

You don't need to be a paid social specialist – we'll help you develop – but you should be confident getting into Ads Manager, building campaigns and understanding what the numbers are telling you.

If you love creating great content and want to understand why it works, we'd love to hear from you.

Who are we?

We're Nobull – a full-service marketing agency based in Maidenhead.

Since 2000, we've been helping brands tell their stories through PR, social media, paid media and digital marketing. As our client base continues to grow, we're looking for another passionate social and paid media specialist to join our close-knit performance marketing team.

You'll work across an exciting mix of clients, primarily in the health, wellbeing and pet sectors, helping brands grow their audiences, create engaging content and deliver measurable results.

No two days are ever the same – and that's exactly how we like it.

The role

This is a hands-on role combining organic social media management and paid advertising.

You'll work across a range of client accounts, creating and scheduling content, managing communities and helping develop social campaigns, alongside building, launching and optimising paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.

You'll work closely with our Social Media Manager, Paid Social Manager and Digital Director, gaining experience across the full social media journey – from coming up with a Reel idea through to seeing how that creative performs when put behind paid spend.

As you develop, you'll have increasing responsibility for client accounts, campaigns and performance.

What you'll be doing

Organic social

  • Managing day-to-day organic social media activity across multiple client accounts.
  • Creating engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Writing compelling copy tailored to different audiences, platforms and brand voices.
  • Creating and editing graphics and short-form video content using Canva, Adobe Photoshop and/or other creative tools.
  • Developing monthly content calendars and contributing ideas to social campaigns.
  • Scheduling content using Sprout Social.
  • Monitoring engagement and managing online communities.
  • Keeping up with platform updates, trends, new features and emerging content opportunities.
  • Identifying opportunities to turn organic content into paid creative.
  • Analysing organic performance and using insights to inform future content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Paid social

  • Building and launching Meta advertising campaigns through Ads Manager.
  • Managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend.
  • Creating and selecting audiences, including custom audiences and lookalikes.
  • Checking pixels, events and campaign tracking are working correctly.
  • Developing and testing different creative, copy, audiences and campaign approaches.
  • A/B testing creative and audiences to identify what performs best.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and making optimisation recommendations.
  • Reporting on key paid social metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversions.
  • Turning high-performing organic content into paid creative and identifying opportunities to amplify strong organic content.
  • Working with the wider digital team to support campaign objectives, targeting and measurement.
  • Learning and developing your paid social knowledge as part of the role.

Client & agency

  • Supporting day-to-day client relationships and attending client meetings where appropriate.
  • Helping prepare social media and paid media reports and presentations.
  • Working across multiple clients, projects and deadlines while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with our PR, content and digital teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

We're looking for someone who...

  • Has around 1-2 year's experience in social media, paid social, digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Has hands-on experience managing organic social media accounts.
  • Has genuine hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager – this isn't a role for someone who has only studied paid social or watched a few tutorials.
  • Is confident creating campaigns, selecting audiences and monitoring performance in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Has a good understanding of paid social metrics and what they mean.
  • Enjoys creating social content and has a strong eye for what makes content engaging.
  • Is a confident copywriter with excellent attention to detail.
  • Understands the different audiences, formats and behaviours across social platforms.
  • Is analytical and curious about why something has performed well, not just whether it has.
  • Is organised and comfortable managing multiple clients, campaigns and deadlines.
  • Is proactive, enthusiastic and keen to learn.
  • Enjoys working as part of a collaborative team and isn't afraid to bring ideas to the table.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to become genuinely good at both sides of social – creating content that people want to engage with and understanding how paid media can make that content work harder.

It would be a bonus if you also have...

  • Strong Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Experience creating Reels, TikToks, Stories or other short-form video.
  • Experience managing Meta campaign budgets.

What you'll get

We know great people deserve great benefits, so alongside a competitive salary you'll receive:

  • 25 days' holiday, plus your birthday off.
  • AXA Health Insurance.
  • Hybrid working.
  • Ongoing training and professional development.
  • The opportunity to work across a brilliant mix of consumer brands in the health, wellbeing and pet sectors.
  • A supportive team where ideas are encouraged and everyone's voice is heard.
  • The opportunity to develop expertise across both organic and paid social.
  • Clear opportunities to progress your career as the agency continues to grow.
  • The chance to make a real impact in a growing independent agency where no two days are ever the same.

Think you'd be a good fit?

If you're looking for a role where you can combine your creativity with your analytical brain, get hands-on experience across both organic and paid social, and develop your career within an ambitious independent agency, we'd love to hear from you.

Send us your CV (kally@nobullagency.co.uk), a covering email and examples of social content or campaigns you've worked on.

We're interested in what you've actually done, so if you have examples of paid campaigns you've helped run, organic content you've created or results you're particularly proud of, we'd love to see them.

One last thing...

Tell us about a social media campaign you've seen recently that you think got the balance between great creative and effective paid media right.

It doesn't have to be from a huge brand. Tell us what they did, why you think it worked and, if you can, what you would have done to make it even better.
