Car Driver Essential

Joey always needs full supervision and requires someone with a good level of fitness to keep up with him, as he is a ball of energy. Joey is a happy, energetic young man who enjoys a variety of sensory stimulating activities including, soft play, and trips where he can see trains and ships, he would like to visit and explore new venues to widen his experiences within the community and to work towards swimming pool trips. Joey can on occasion become dysregulated so coping strategies to manage these must be demonstrated and implemented to ensure his safety.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting Joey in accessing the local community
  • Accompanying and supporting him to his chosen activities
  • Ensuring his safety at all times

There are no personal care or toileting needs in this role however Joey will need prompts to utilize toilet facilities. He is independent in eating and drinking but has a very select food choice which you would be required to learn. He enjoys anything dinosaurs or Godzilla and loves to watch shopping haul programmes, so if dinosaurs and ship sightseeing is your thing Joey would love to hear from you.
