This role is perfect for individuals with experience of working within a community and or wellbeing setting. The successful candidate will have a solution focused approach, be highly organised and be able to deliver to agreed service specifications and outcomes.

Essential

You will have:

• Minimum of SVQ/NVQ level 3 or equivalent
• Experience of facilitating and supporting participants with complex and/or multiple barriers to success in health and social care settings.
• Experience of connecting people to services and activities.
• Able to demonstrate being highly organised, have good planning skills and be able to deliver to agreed targets.

This post is part time over 24hrs, 3-4 days per week in Felixstowe and surrounding areas of Suffolk

Location

This role will be based in Felixstowe and surrounding areas of Suffolk with a split arrangement of fixed home and fixed site-based working
