Job Description
The Social Producer owns the development and production of social-first content for Red Bull Ireland, turning our athletes, creators, events, brand projects and product into engaging, innovative content for socials. Combining strong creative instincts, hands-on production skills and a deep understanding of platform behaviour, they will lead content production from concept through to final delivery, ensuring it is platform-native, unmistakably Red Bull and consistently high quality. As Red Bull Ireland’s in-house social content production expert, they proactively bring ideas, recommendations and production solutions to the wider team and set the standard for how our social content is made.

Key Responsibilities
- Own creative development and production of high-quality, social-first content across Red Bull Ireland’s athletes, creators, events, product and brand activity.
- Develop creative content concepts, scripts and hooks tailored to each platform.
- Proactively identify and pitch content opportunities.
- Stay ahead of platform trends and emerging formats, continually testing and evolving social content.
- Lead productions end-to-end, planning shoots, briefing talent, coordinating locations, equipment and production partners and managing delivery.
- Shoot, direct and edit content for smaller productions, events and fast-turnaround opportunities.
- Review content performance with the Programming Manager, using channel trends, audience behaviour and performance insights to identify learnings and improve future creative and production output.
- Lead YouTube growth projects for our athletes, working with external partners to develop content strategies to help grow their channels.

Education & Experience
- 4+ years' experience in social content or video production with strong portfolio of social-first work.
Skills & Knowledge
- Highly creative, with a strong instinct for fresh, entertaining and culturally relevant ideas.
- Strong understanding of social storytelling and platform relevance.
- Excellent shooting and video editing skills.
- Strong creative judgement, with the confidence to make independent recommendations.
- Experience briefing and managing external production partners, freelancers and talent.
- Strong organisational skills and comfortable managing multiple productions and fast-turnaround requests.
- Passion for, and strong affinity with the worlds of Irish sport & culture (music & dance).
- Ability to work in an extremely fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with weekend work and anti-social hours on occasion.
- Personable, confident and comfortable building and maintaining relationships with talent.
- Full clean driver’s license.
