ABOUT FLIGHTSTORY
We are a media company and investment fund, and we’re on a mission to elevate the stories, build the communities, and support the founders that inspire a happier, healthier humanity. We scale creator-led new media IP and operate an investment fund and venture studio.
YOUR MISSION
To help the team to continue to transform The Diary of a CEO from a podcast clips page into one of the most distinctive and engaging social brands in the world. As Social Producer, you’ll create, experiment with, and publish social-native content that expands the world of DOAC beyond episode clips. You’ll make carousel formats, design scroll-stopping posts, and continuously test new ways to tell stories across social platforms with the help from the Senior Social Producer and Senior Media Growth Manager.
You’ll spend your time packaging, shipping and posting social content that drives engagement, conversation, and long-form viewership.
OUTCOMES
- Help roll out new formats beyond podcast clips, including carousels, storytelling posts, host moments, behind-the-scenes content, and cultural commentary.
- Keep our socials thriving by managing daily posting and engaging our community across platforms.
- Produce high-performing content that drives engagement, shares, saves, and conversation across platforms.
- Create posts that consistently convert social attention into long-form viewership on YouTube and other platforms.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
