Location: DMGT HQ - High Street Kensington, London Position: Permanent
About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and strategically minded sales lead who has a deep understanding of social with expertise in fashion & beauty. You will be responsible for bringing in new business across our lifestyle brands - including Eliza and You, focusing on both client direct and media agencies, whilst also growing our existing client base.
Main Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Pro-actively seek out new business and revenue opportunities to ensure both personal and business targets are achieved and exceeded.
- Pitch effectively to all levels at agencies and brands directly
- Ensure high retention of existing client base
- Manage the process of booking ads on relevant systems and managing pipelines
- Create impactful pitch collateral, tailored to the specific needs of each client
- Work closely with content teams to support the creation of commercially viable content
- Manage multiple campaign and campaign deliverables ensuring KPIs are met and clients are happy
- Organise and lead internal brainstorms for pro-active and inbound opportunities

About You
- 2+ years experience in sales with an emphasis on social video
- Contacts across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands as well as media agencies
- Excellent understanding of social media
- Experience working on and winning pitches
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to present confidently and influence outcomes
- Strong negotiation skills and high commercial acumen
