Social Sales Lead – Fashion & Beauty
London | £40,000–£60,000 + bonus | Social-first Media
I’m working with a fast-growing social-first media business that is building a new generation of brands across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, entertainment and culture.
They’re now looking for a Social Sales Lead to take ownership of the fashion & beauty vertical — someone who understands the category, knows the brands and agencies, and can turn strong relationships into meaningful commercial partnerships.

This is a proper new business sales role. You’ll be out in market, pitching ideas, opening doors and building campaigns that feel native to social rather than simply repurposed from traditional media.
What they’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in media, digital or social sales
- Strong understanding of social video and branded content
- Relationships across fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands and/or agencies
- A proven ability to win new business and pitch confidently
- Someone ambitious, commercial and comfortable creating opportunities rather than waiting for briefs
