About the Role

We're looking for a Social Specialist Art Director to join our team, working for a premium global jewellery brand. You'll lead the creative adaptation and execution of global campaigns across Owned and Paid Social.

With a focus on Owned and Paid Social, you'll bring campaign ideas to life across the customer journey. Working from established campaign assets, brand guidelines, channel requirements and sometimes highly prescriptive briefs, you'll help shape compelling social stories across multiple touchpoints.

This is a unique opportunity for a social specialist with a deep understanding of how audiences engage with content across different platforms. You'll know what works across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Meta and YouTube, understanding the nuances of each platform and how to adapt creative while maintaining a consistent brand story.

We're looking for someone who knows how to get the most from existing creative, turning global toolkits into platform-native content that's on-brand, engaging and built for social.

Social isn't just part of your job. It's your thing. You're always across the latest trends, platform updates, creator behaviours and cultural moments, and you know what makes people stop scrolling. You understand how people consume content today and know how to balance premium brand standards with social relevance.

You'll have a passion for fashion, beauty, culture and luxury, alongside a strong understanding of how premium brands should show up on social. From polished campaign storytelling to behind-the-scenes content, creator collaborations and reactive moments, you’ll know how to make content feel both elevated and native. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances between Paid and Owned Social, knows what drives engagement on different platforms and can confidently adapt global campaigns for social audiences.

In addition to strong art direction and design skills, you'll have an appreciation for motion-first content and short-form video. You'll understand pacing, storytelling and content frameworks that drive engagement across social platforms and help translate campaign assets into content people genuinely want to watch, save and share.

Creative Opportunities

This role goes far beyond adapting assets for social channels. You'll help tell the stories behind major collaborations, cultural moments and global product launches that bring together the worlds of jewellery, fashion, beauty and entertainment.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
