About Accessorize

At Accessorize we’re dedicated to offering accessories that enable all women to express themselves. Since 1984 we’ve offered the accessories that make the outfit.

We’re committed to giving back and supporting the community, particularly by working with charities that support women. We’re also constantly improving our sustainability efforts by making conscious choices with the materials we use and our production processes. Our team design in-house at our Notting Hill studio and we source globally and ethically.

Our first store opened in the iconic Covent Garden, a fashion-forward shopping destination both then and now. In the years since we've grown to include stores worldwide.

Accessorize is now entering an exciting period of change. We're evolving our creative direction, attracting different audiences and thinking differently about how the brand shows up across every touchpoint.

TikTok is a major part of that ambition. This is an opportunity to help shape what Accessorize sounds, looks and feels like on TikTok, not simply inherit what already exists.

We’re looking for a TikTok-native Content Creator

We’d love to hear from you if…

  • Are interested in a part-time role
  • You’ve worked as a Content Creator before for a brand
  • Have created UGC
  • Currently create content you think we’ll love (please provide portfolio or links to content you’ve created when applying)

The role

This is a hands-on, ideas-first role for someone who instinctively understands the platform — what people are watching, sharing, commenting on and talking about — and can turn that understanding into distinctive content for Accessorize.

You’ll be responsible for helping us build a recognisable, entertaining and culturally relevant TikTok presence, creating content that feels native to the platform while remaining unmistakably Accessorize. You won’t just execute briefs. We want someone who brings ideas to the table, spots opportunities before everyone else and is comfortable picking up a phone and making them happen. From bags and jewellery to piercing, gifting, travel and the everyday moments accessories are part of, you’ll find fresh ways to put Accessorize into the conversation.

What You'll Be Doing

Create

  • Concept, film, edit and publish TikTok-first content from idea through to execution.
  • Create a consistent flow of reactive and planned content across the week.
  • Be comfortable appearing in front of the camera as well as directing colleagues, creators and talent.
  • Turn products, campaigns and cultural moments into content people actually want to watch.
  • Comfortable shooting and editing your own content, with a strong eye for lighting, sound, framing, editing and storytelling.
  • Able to understand what makes content feel native, watchable and culturally relevant.
  • Able to interpret a brief but also challenge it and bring your own creative instinct.
  • Create everything from quick reactive TikToks to recurring formats, series and bigger storytelling moments.
  • Capture content in our Head Office, stores, piercing studios, events and on location.
  • Create across a range of formats — from product and styling content to talk-to-camera, tutorials, reactions, lifestyle content, vox pops, street interviews, events and other entertainment-led formats.
  • Work with products in creative, unexpected and entertaining ways.
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines while still making content feel spontaneous and authentic.
  • Interested in building a genuine, longer-term relationship with the brand rather than simply producing one-off pieces of content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Think TikTok First

  • Live and breathe TikTok culture, trends, sounds, creators, humour and emerging formats.
  • Spot trends early and understand which ones are right for Accessorize — and which ones aren't.
  • Bring original ideas, rather than relying solely on trending formats.
  • Help develop recurring formats and recognisable content franchises that Accessorize can own.
  • Find opportunities to join cultural conversations quickly and naturally.
  • Understand the difference between content that feels like an advert and content people choose to watch.
  • Own the day-to-day momentum of the channel, creating a consistent flow of content rather than waiting for campaigns or briefs to land.
  • Be proactive rather than brief-dependent — constantly bring opportunities, ideas and formats to the team and be comfortable turning an idea into content without needing a lengthy production process.
  • Work at the speed of the platform — able to spot an opportunity, develop an idea, shoot and edit it quickly enough that it still feels culturally relevant.

Build Community

  • Help make Accessorize feel like a personality, not just a brand account.
  • Understand our audience and create content that speaks naturally to them.
  • Work with the Social team on reactive community content, comments and responses.
  • Identify opportunities to turn comments, customer questions and conversations into content.
  • Help build a community that wants to interact with and return to the Accessorize account.

Work Across the Brand

  • Partner closely with Social, Marketing, Paid, PR, Influencer, Buying and Retail teams.
  • Be one of the recognisable faces of Accessorize on TikTok, building a genuine connection with our audience while ensuring the channel feels bigger than any one individual.
  • Translate key commercial moments into compelling TikTok ideas — from a new bag drop to Christmas gifting.
  • Work with our creator and influencer network to capture collaborative content.
  • Attend shoots and events to capture TikTok-native behind-the-scenes and reactive content.
  • Work closely with stores and colleagues to find brilliant personalities and stories from across the business.
  • Have a natural affinity with the Accessorize world — fashion, jewellery, accessories, beauty, travel, gifting and the way our customers actually live — and feel credible representing the brand on camera.

Learn & Optimise

  • Understand what is performing and, importantly, why.
  • Track views, watch time, engagement, shares, saves, follower growth and other relevant performance indicators.
  • Use performance insights to evolve formats and generate new ideas.
  • Test different hooks, edits, lengths, formats and storytelling approaches.
  • Share TikTok trends, learnings and opportunities with the wider team.

Who We're Looking For

You are someone who probably already spends far too much time on TikTok but importantly, you understand why certain content works.

  • Fast and instinctive, able to spot something in the morning and create around it that afternoon.
  • A strong visual storyteller with an eye for fashion and styling.
  • Funny and culturally aware without forcing "brand humour".
  • Comfortable approaching people and encouraging colleagues or customers to participate in content.
  • Commercially minded enough to understand that great content ultimately needs to build the brand and help drive consideration and sales.
