MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

If you're excited by the idea of helping major employers fundamentally rethink how they approach employment and social value, and you're ready to build lasting client relationships that genuinely make a difference, this could be the role for you. You will work at the heart of PeoplePlus's social value practice, building and deepening relationships with our key clients. You'll help them understand what social value means for their business, support them in embedding it into their procurement and operations, and connect them with the employment support and services they need to create real social impact.

This is not a back-office role. You'll be front and centre, understanding what our clients are trying to achieve, spotting opportunities, and helping them unlock solutions. No two weeks are quite the same. You'll move fluidly between account management, business development, consultancy delivery and relationship building — the work that makes a genuine difference. Our team is genuinely supportive and collaborative. You'll have a manager who's invested in your development and colleagues who are generous with their knowledge and experience. You won't be isolated despite working from home.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
