Social Value Advisor
We are seeking a Social Value Advisor to support the delivery of a major construction project in Leicestershire while also contributing to the wider Ministry of Justice (MoJ) framework. The role will be responsible for driving social value initiatives across project and framework activities, ensuring commitments are achieved and delivering meaningful benefits for local communities, stakeholders, supply chain partners, and the wider justice estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the project's social value strategy and commitments.
- Engage with local schools, colleges, community groups, and charities.
- Identify employment, skills, apprenticeship, and volunteering opportunities.
- Work with project teams and subcontractors to maximise social value outcomes.
- Monitor, report, and evidence social value performance against project targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and case studies highlighting project achievements and community impact.

Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a social value, community engagement, CSR, ESG, or stakeholder management role.
- Knowledge of social value frameworks and measurement methodologies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering, or related sectors is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Full UK driving licence.
