Social Value Manager Role
Full-time, permanent position
Competitive salary based on experience
Based in Woodford Green with some flexibility
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Bid Support
- Support pre-construction and business development teams by writing high-quality social value sections for major tender submissions and bids.
- Interpret public sector frameworks, Section 106 agreements, and client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to set realistic project targets.

Workforce & Supply Chain Collaboration
- Champion employment and skills initiatives, including coordinating local apprenticeships, work placements, and T-Level support.
- Work with commercial and supply chain teams to maximize local spending and engagement with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and social enterprises.
- Promote equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) and carbon reduction objectives across project operations.
