Salary - £32,000-£38,000 dependent on experience plus Veolia benefits.

Location - Hammersmith and Fulham

Hours - 40 hours per week, standard hours are 08:30-17:00, Monday to Friday

What you’ll be doing

  • Effectively work towards and manage the social value commitments for a local area and ensure strategic plans are delivered to meet objectives.
  • To provide general communications support for the ECO team and contract as required and be in day to day contact with Client Officers and Contract Managers.
  • Compliance with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
  • Support the Contract ECO manager to provide day to day communication support for the contract as required
  • Support the Contract ECO Manager and Area ECO Manager to deliver regional and national communications objectives within contract, as required
  • Hire and oversee performance of agency teams / third party service providers as directed by project needs
  • Coordinate cross departmental teams to deliver project work
  • Manage and report on the social value function of the contract and lead on the design and delivery of specific projects to achieve contractual commitments
  • Support recruitment into the operational team by fostering relationships with external partners, delivering webinars and workshops to offer career advice
  • Deliver Education, Communication and Outreach (ECO) activities planned for the contract to meet with social value objectives, with a strong focus on education
  • Identify contract good news stories and feed to the regional Digital and PR team
  • Maintain a network across the UK ECO team to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement and lead on the implementation in their region where relevant
  • Keep abreast of industry developments

What are we looking for?

Essential

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in project management, and delivering strategic plans
  • Experience working with agencies and external organisations to deliver partnership projects
  • Experience delivering community engagement activities and content production across multiple formats
  • Excellent written and communication skills including presentation skills
  • Customer management
  • Budget management
  • A full clean UK driving licence
