About The Role
We're looking for a Social Value Practitioner (20 hours per week) to support the delivery of social value activities across our healthcare contract in South Warwickshire.
Working closely with operational teams, NHS stakeholders, community organisations and employment partners, you'll help create positive outcomes for local people through community engagement, volunteering, inclusive recruitment and employability initiatives. You'll also be responsible for monitoring and reporting the impact of activities delivered across the contract.
Occasional flexible working hours required, including early starts or evenings, to support events or community activities. Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to reliable transport as regular travel between sites is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the contract's social value commitments and agreed client KPIs.
- Build relationships with local community groups, charities, schools and employment support organisations.
- Support local recruitment, work placements and employability initiatives.
- Coordinate volunteering and community engagement activities.
- Capture, monitor and report social value outcomes and impact.
- Work with contract teams to identify and develop new social value opportunities.
- Attend client and stakeholder meetings as required.

Requirements
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- A DBS will be completed for the successful candidate.
- Experience in social value, community engagement, employability, ESG or CSR delivery.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience coordinating projects and managing multiple activities.
- Able to collect, analyse and report impact data.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently across multiple sites.
