Join us as a Social Value Support at Thirteen Group!

Role Overview

Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Social Value Support (25 hours) to join our Housing and Communities team based at our Head Office at Hudson Quay, Middlesbrough, with travel across the Group as required to support the delivery of social value initiatives and stakeholder engagement activities.

This is a roaming role, so you’ll work mainly from home and at least one day a week from our fantastic office at Hudson Quay in Middlesbrough. We’ll need you to be flexible around business and team need, so you may need to come into the office more frequently when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of Thirteen's social value strategy, helping to maximise community outcomes from contracts, project and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with colleagues, contractors, suppliers and community partners to ensure social value commitments are delivered.
  • Maintain accurate record, trackers and reporting systems to support performance monitoring and demonstrate impact.
  • Gather and collate data, case studies and success stories to showcase social value outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support for the Social Value function, including managing documentation, raising purchase orders and supporting stakeholder communications.

About You

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in building positive working relationships.
  • Experience providing administrative support within a team or project environment.
  • Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data management systems.
  • An understanding of the importance of accurate record keeping, performance monitoring and evidence collection, with an interest in delivering positive community outcomes.
  • You'll need a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle during working hours.
