The Tab is hiring a Social Video Producer to make the short-form video that puts us in front of millions of students and young people across the UK. You’ll be responsible for producing content that makes it into group chats, in a voice that's unmistakably The Tab.

The Tab Group is the youth arm of Digitalbox, alongside Reality Shrine and Film Shrine. We reach huge audiences through student culture, reality TV and film, creating content that speaks directly to young people.

This is a role for someone who spots a trend before it peaks and can turn it around (with flair) before it's over. You'll be producing and editing vertical video for our channels, building the formats and series we become known for, and making branded video for some of the biggest household names in the country.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Producing and editing short-form vertical video for TikTok and Instagram, built around daily trends and the news cycle
  • Coming up with ideas that don't look like anything else on the feed and are distinctively The Tab
  • Concepting and producing the regular video series The Tab becomes recognised for, then keeping them running and evolving
  • Posting quick reactive memes, static carousels, and clips where needed
  • Working across branded content, producing video for major household brands
  • Appearing on camera in video where needed
  • Working closely with our talented in-house editorial and social teams
  • Using performance data to work out what's landing and what to make more of

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
