At OneFootball, we're on a mission to create the most engaging football content for fans around the world. As our Video Producer, you'll play a key role in bringing stories to life across our social platforms while helping reignite and grow our YouTube presence. From developing creative concepts to delivering high-quality productions, you'll have the opportunity to shape content seen by millions of football fans and help define the next chapter of OneFootball's video strategy.

Your Role

  • Develop creative original video concepts and content ideas that engage football fans across OneFootball’s platforms and channels.
  • Plan and manage end-to-end video productions, including pre-production, scheduling, logistics, and shoot preparation.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, external partners, freelancers, and on-screen talent to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Manage production budgets, timelines, and resources, balancing creative ambition with efficient delivery.
  • Oversee filming and post-production processes, providing creative direction and feedback throughout editing.
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and audience expectations.
  • Monitor production performance and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve quality, efficiency, and impact.

Your Profile

  • Proven experience producing social-first video content and understanding how to create platform-native content that drives engagement across channels.
  • Understanding of key content performance metrics such as retention, watch time, audience behaviour, and content optimisation, and can apply these insights to future productions.
  • Experience creating commercial or branded content and balancing creative storytelling with business objectives.
  • Strong understanding of social media analytics and using data to evaluate content performance and inform creative decisions.
  • Knowledge of copyright, licensing, and content usage rights relevant to digital video production.
  • Excellent English communication skills and effective collaboration with a variety of stakeholders, partners, and talent.
  • Passionate about football and understanding the culture, trends, and stories that resonate with football fans worldwide.
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the UK and internationally to support productions, events, partnerships, and content opportunities.
