The Role
If you know within a second whether a clip will stop the scroll, and you can tell which format peaked last week, this is for you. If you've ever caught the moment at a conference that became the clip everyone shared, even better.
You'll shoot social-first video for our Web3 clients: conferences, founder interviews, podcasts, events, and campaigns. You shoot with the edit in mind, and pick up edits yourself when speed matters.
You'll work alongside our video editor and motion designer, so you're not expected to do everything.
What You'll Do
- Shoot vertical-first content for X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube (founder clips, podcasts, AMAs, conferences, campaigns, memes, trends)
- Capture with the platform in mind: hooks in the first second, safe zones, native formats
- Run lean shoots, often solo: camera, phone, gimbal, audio, and lighting
- Direct people on camera, from founders to conference speakers, and get the natural moments
- Turn around quick edits from shoots, often same day for event content
- Prep and hand over organized footage and rough cuts to the editor
- Stay chronically online: track trends, sounds, formats, and creators, and bring ideas to briefs
- Use AI tools where they genuinely speed things up (Claude, Gemini, Artlist, etc.)
- Stay proactive: communicate early, flag blockers, and keep projects moving

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
