Founded in 2012, LADbible Group is redefining entertainment and news for a social generation. Our global community engages with our content–spanning editorial, video, documentary and live – we reach 1 billion people each and every month. Our mission is to give the youth generation a voice by building communities that laugh, think and act. Using all major platforms, we’ve rapidly risen to become one of the world's largest publishers.
About the Role
The Originals team produces award-winning original content for our channels. We’re looking for a Videographer to join the team to shoot and edit short-form social content around our hit shows, like Snack Wars, Agree To Disagree and Honesty Box.
If you love filming and producing content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram - and know the subtle ways to make that content pop on social media, then this is an exciting opportunity to create a new type of content for LADbible’s social channels.
What the opportunity looks like
- Self-shoot and edit Social Original video content for LADbible's social channels, including TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube Shorts.
- Own the production process from end-to-end, from planning and filming through to editing and delivery.
- Create multiple platform-specific edits, tailoring content so it’s native for platforms.
- Support larger productions by capturing additional social-first content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including our LAD360 commercial team.
- Spot opportunities to tell new stories, react to trends and deliver content at pace.
- Produce high-quality edits that use pacing, subtitles, graphics, sound design and transitions to maximise engagement.
- Deliver content quickly while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
