Be there for your community when they need you most! As a Social Worker in our Adult Social Care team, you will work within a dynamic Social Work Community Team, supporting individuals of all ages. You will use strength-based approaches to promote choice, control, and self-directed support, ensuring that people and their caregivers can manage their own needs and risks.
In This Role, You Will
- Assess individual needs and develop tailored support plans.
- Promote independence and personalisation, enabling individuals to manage their own care.
- Collaborate with health professionals and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support.
- Uphold human rights and social justice, respecting the dignity and diversity of those you serve.
- Engage in continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance your skills.

To Succeed In This Role, You Must Have
- A recognised social work qualification and registration with Social Work England.
- Experience in adult safeguarding and partnership working.
- A full driver’s licence and access to a car for work-related visits.
