Liquid Personnel is recruiting Social Worker for its client's Adult MASH Team at Dorset.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled practitioner to work within a busy and supportive safeguarding service, supporting adults with care and support needs who may be experiencing, or at risk of, abuse and neglect.

Working within a multi-agency environment, you will undertake safeguarding enquiries, manage complex cases, and work collaboratively with individuals, carers, providers, health professionals, and partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes. The successful candidate will be confident working with risk, safeguarding concerns, and complex decision-making, whilst promoting wellbeing, independence, and person-centred practice.

What will your responsibilities be?

  • Undertaking Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and local safeguarding procedures.
  • Managing a varied Adult Social Care caseload involving safeguarding concerns, risk management, and complex support needs.
  • Undertaking assessments, risk assessments, and safeguarding interventions to protect adults at risk and promote positive outcomes.
  • Conducting community-based visits with service users, carers, families, and care providers.
  • Working collaboratively with health professionals, care providers, advocacy services, and other partner agencies to coordinate effective safeguarding responses.
  • Promoting independence, wellbeing, and strengths-based approaches that place individuals at the centre of decision-making.
  • Assessing and managing risk, ensuring appropriate safeguarding plans and interventions are implemented.
  • Applying relevant legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, and Adult Safeguarding guidance.
  • Maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality case records, assessments, safeguarding documentation, and reports.
  • Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to coordinated safeguarding and care planning activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
