Who are we looking for?
You’ll need:
- A recognised professional Social Work qualification (MA/BA/BSc in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work or CQSW)
- Social Work England registration
We welcome applications from people with a range of practice backgrounds who are passionate about strengths based, person centred social work.
Whilst the older adult and physical disability team, or the Learning Disability Team will be your host team and where you will work predominantly, Adult Services operates a flexible workforce model to ensure we can respond to the needs of our residents. As a result, colleagues may be required to work across different teams, service areas and specialisms in line with service demand and operational requirements. This approach supports high-quality service delivery while offering opportunities to develop new skills, gain wider experience and build a rewarding career across Adult Services.
