About the Role
Join our Referral and Assessment Team in Windsor and Maidenhead as a Social Worker, serving as the critical first point of contact for children and families. In this fast-paced role, you will manage a varied caseload, leading swift, vital assessments and targeted direct work that builds effective safety plans and manages risk right when it matters most.

What You’ll Need
- Qualifications: Recognised professional social work qualification.
- Registration: Active Social Work England registration.
- Mobility: Full UK Driver’s Licence and access to a car (essential for visiting families across the borough).
- Right to Work: Existing right to work in the UK (please note: visa sponsorship is not available for this role at this time).
