Enfield is one of approximately 27 local authorities that implement the Family Safeguarding model alongside the Family First Reforms. Family Safeguarding is a whole family approach to working with children and families that supports parents to create sustained change for themselves and for their family. Motivational Interviewing is a method of practice that seeks to increase engagement and supports change. In Enfield we believe that through motivational conversations parents are empowered to identify and resolve difficulties and to make sustained changes for themselves and their children.

We are very proud of our Outstanding Service and Ofsted have said: “Children who are in care in Enfield receive outstanding care and support from social workers and carers who know them very well. Experienced and highly skilled social workers understand children’s needs, wishes and feelings very well. Manageable caseloads allow workers to visit children very frequently, in line with their needs. Workers undertake thoughtful, sensitive direct work and life-story work to help children to make sense of their life stories, to process any trauma they may have experienced and to understand more about their unique identities.”

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
