Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker
Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Community Wellbeing team, based in Herefordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to work within a busy service that is committed to delivering person-centred outcomes while supporting continuous professional development.
What will your responsibilities be?
As part of the Community Wellbeing Team, you will manage a varied caseload and undertake a range of statutory adult social work duties, including:
- Care Act Assessments and person-centred support planning
- Mental Capacity Assessments
- Section 42 Safeguarding Enquiries
- Continuing Healthcare (CHC) work
- Section 117 aftercare responsibilities
- Multi-agency partnership working to deliver positive outcomes
- Strengths-based interventions that promote independence and wellbeing
You will work with a diverse range of adults, including older people, individuals with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and mental health needs.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have;
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post-qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
