We're looking for skilled and compassionate Social Workers to join our Family Help Team as Lead Practitioners.
This is an exciting opportunity to work differently, focusing on relationship-based practice, earlier intervention, and coordinated support for children and families.
About the Role:
You will:
- Build trusting relationships with children, young people, and families
- Undertake assessments and coordinate Family Help interventions
- Develop and review family-led plans
- Lead multi-agency meetings and contribute to effective partnership working
- Identify strengths, respond to needs, and manage risk appropriately
- Work creatively to improve outcomes and reduce escalation of need

About You
You will:
- Be a qualified and registered Social Worker
- Have experience working with children and families
- Demonstrate excellent assessment and relationship-building skills
- Value strengths-based and restorative practice
- Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children
You'll join a supportive team where your expertise, ideas, and commitment will have a direct impact on families' lives.
