We're looking for skilled and compassionate Social Workers to join our Family Help Team as Lead Practitioners.

This is an exciting opportunity to work differently, focusing on relationship-based practice, earlier intervention, and coordinated support for children and families.


About the Role:

You will:

  • Build trusting relationships with children, young people, and families
  • Undertake assessments and coordinate Family Help interventions
  • Develop and review family-led plans
  • Lead multi-agency meetings and contribute to effective partnership working
  • Identify strengths, respond to needs, and manage risk appropriately
  • Work creatively to improve outcomes and reduce escalation of need

About You

You will:

  • Be a qualified and registered Social Worker
  • Have experience working with children and families
  • Demonstrate excellent assessment and relationship-building skills
  • Value strengths-based and restorative practice
  • Be committed to achieving positive outcomes for children

You'll join a supportive team where your expertise, ideas, and commitment will have a direct impact on families' lives.
