SOCIAL WORKER (GRADE 8) - HARMFUL SEXUAL BEHAVIOUR SERVICE (HSB)
Salary: £33,945 - £43,421 per annum
Contract: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: Full Time, 37 hours per week
Location: Countywide Position, Lancashire

Lancashire Child and Youth Justice Service (CYJS) is looking for a passionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our developing Harmful Sexual Behaviour (HSB) Service. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering specialist support for children, young people, families, and professionals across Lancashire.
Working with children aged 8 to 18, you will become part of a growing HSB Hub that is enhancing support across CYJS, Children's Social Care, and Early Help Services. ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Social Worker within the HSB Service, you will:
- Work directly with children, young people, and their families to support positive change.
- Undertake consultations, assessments, and interventions relating to harmful sexual behaviour.
- Complete AIM3 assessments and contribute specialist expertise to multi-agency planning.
- Support professionals across CYJS, Children's Social Care, and Early Help through consultation and knowledge sharing.
- Help develop and strengthen Lancashire's HSB offer and contribute to the ongoing growth of the service.
- Champion child-first, restorative, and trauma-informed practice across all aspects of your work.
