About the Company
You will be joining a local authority committed to improving outcomes through lower caseloads and a supportive working environment. The service focuses on quality over volume, enabling practitioners to build consistent relationships and deliver effective long term interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a reduced caseload across child in need and child protection plans.
- Deliver long term family support with a relationship based approach.
- Complete assessments and interventions with minimal court involvement.
- Work collaboratively with experienced practitioners across safeguarding services.

About You
- Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration.
- Experience working within safeguarding, child protection, or family safeguarding teams.
- Previous experience managing statutory caseloads within a local authority setting.
