At Leaders in Care, we are currently working alongside a great to work for council in the Channel Islands (based off feedback), for an experienced childrens social worker to join the Family Safeguarding team as an Advanced Social Worker, offering a great hourly rate of £46.50/h.

This is a great opportunity for the right person to join a council that really aims to provide a supportive environment for their social workers. This is done through opportunities for flexible working, meaning you can plan your schedule and manage your time how you see fit. You can also expect a hybrid working model so you aren't limited to office working and enjoy all this beautiful island has to offer. You will also have a protected caseload, with some management responsibilities, allowing you to continue to progress your career.
