We are particularly interested in hearing from experienced Adult Social Workers who are ready to take the next step in their career. To help maintain the right balance of skills and experience within our team, we are looking for practitioners who have completed their ASYE and can demonstrate post-qualifying experience within Adult Social Care.
Join our Urban Team and be part of a passionate group of professionals supporting older adults and adults with physical disabilities. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll undertake strengths-based assessments, support planning, safeguarding work, Mental Capacity Act practice and longer-term case management, working closely with colleagues across Occupational Therapy, Care Services and Health to achieve the best possible outcomes for the people we support.
