Are You Ready to Make a Real Difference?

We are thrilled to announce three openings for passionate and dedicated Social Workers in our Learning Disabilities and Neurodiversity team. If you are a qualified Social Worker, looking for a fulfilling role where you can positively impact lives every day, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

About The Role

As a Social Worker in our dynamic team, friendly, and supportive team, you will work in partnership with individuals, families, and carers to promote independence, wellbeing, and inclusion for people with learning disabilities and neurodiversity. You’ll be at the heart of person-centred planning, empowering people to live their best lives.

What Our Existing Staff In The Team Say

What motivates me to come to work each day is the opportunity to work alongside such a diverse range of people and to genuinely make a difference in supporting individuals to reach their own goals. I really value being able to work in a strengths-based way, focusing on what people can do, building confidence, promoting independence, and helping people create meaningful lives within their communities. Seeing individuals achieve things that once felt out of reach for them, no matter how small, is incredibly rewarding and keeps me motivated. I’m also very proud to be part of the Learning Disability and Neurodivergent Team. We have a supportive team, where colleagues are always willing to share knowledge, problem-solve together, and support each other through complex work. If I were speaking to someone considering joining the team, I would say that this role offers a huge amount of professional satisfaction. You have the opportunity to work with a wide range of individuals and families, develop specialist skills, and be part of a team that genuinely values person-centred practice. It’s a role where you can see the impact of your work every day, whether that’s helping someone maintain their independence, supporting a family through a difficult transition, or helping someone access new opportunities in their life. I am proud to be part of this team and the professional development it has supported me to achieve.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
