Location: Stanley, County Durham
Hours: 20 hours/week, with potential to grow into a full-time role

About Us
Fit Brands is an established company with 17 years' experience in the sports specialty sector. We're launching an exciting new division dedicated to custom technical sports garments, and we're investing in state-of-the-art dye sublimation printing technology — including a brand-new, specialist sock printing machine — to lead this expansion. This is a rare opportunity to join a start-up division within a proven, stable business, with genuine scope for growth as the division scales.
The Role
We're looking for a hands-on, self-motivated individual to operate our new sock printing machine and support the wider technical garment printing process. You'll play a key part in establishing this new division, helping us deliver high-quality, custom-printed technical sportswear to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the state-of-the-art sock printing machine
- Manage the dye sublimation printing process from design through to finished garment
- Ensure consistent print quality and colour accuracy across production runs
- Support the setup and day-to-day running of a new division within the business
- Manage stock, materials and consumables related to the printing process
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient working environment
- Troubleshoot printing issues and carry out routine equipment checks
- Collaborate with the wider team as the division grows
What We're Looking For
- Experience with dye sublimation printing (essential/highly desirable)
- A hard-working, reliable, and self-motivated approach
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility with working hours
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
- An interest in sportswear, technical garments, or textile production is a plus
- Willingness to grow with the role as the division expands to full-time
