We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and reliable Sodalime Processing Operative to join our busy manufacturing team. We have both late shift and night shift opportunities available.
As a Sodalime Processing Operative, you will play an important role in the production of high-quality products that are manufactured to strict standards. You will be responsible for assembling and manufacturing products in accordance with established work instructions, while ensuring that quality, safety, and production targets are consistently achieved.
You will work as part of a supportive and dedicated team, carrying out a variety of production activities including assembly, packing, and boxing of finished products. Accuracy and attention to detail are important, as you will be expected to produce high-quality, defect-free products in line with our procedures and Quality Management System.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established medical manufacturing organization where you can develop your skills and contribute to the production of products manufactured to high standards.
Essential Experience/Qualifications
- The ability to communicate in English (verbal and written)
- Knowledge and understanding of Health and Safety requirements and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Knowledge and experience of correct manual handling procedures
Desirable Experience/Qualifications
- Previous experience working within a manufacturing environment
- Previous experience within a regulated or medical manufacturing environment would be advantageous
Previous manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Skills
- Able to produce high-quality, defect-free products in accordance with departmental procedures and work instructions
- Able to accurately assemble and manufacture products in line with Company work instructions
- Able to box and pack products correctly in accordance with Company work instructions
- Knowledge and understanding of correct manual handling procedures
- Able to work in a safe manner, complying with Health and Safety Legislation
- Understanding of the appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures accurately
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable, conscientious, and committed to achieving production targets
- Keen and willing to learn
- Have a positive, can-do attitude with an enthusiastic approach to work
Hours of Work
There are two positions available on either late shift or night shift
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday:
- Late Shift: 14:00 - 22:30
- Night Shift: 22:00 - 6:30
