About the Role
Lead the S&OE (Sales and Operations Execution) process. Oversee and coordinate all sales and operations activities to ensure high performing operational execution of business on a 0 to 3 months horizon.
Coordinate, coach and challenge all stakeholders involved in the process to take the best decisions for the company and to put action plans to avoid issues occurs again or to insure our way of working will improve to better serve our customers. In this role you will have 1 direct report.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyze, coordinate, anticipate and manage all issues and crises faced and ensure that the best decisions are taken and respected in close collaboration with the local Customer Service teams
- Interface pro-actively with Customer Service, Forecasting, Deployment and Production planning teams to manage Risks and out of stocks and work to ensure best new availability date.
- Propose and implement strategies to optimize short-term performance (0 to 3 months) and alert if long-term processes must be modified because they affect the short-term activity. Evolve processes as analytics are done and propose other technologies if needed
- Decide to escalate if issue managed with S&OE process must be managed through a Crisis Management mode.
- Organize the communication with right stakeholders to provide updates on performance.
- Ensure Service level and out of stocks explanations are correctly managed: provide the correct information to the people who enter orders. Verify and communicate the Service Level and explanations to right stakeholders.
- Manage logistics claims and returns with all the Customer Service managers and our distribution centers

What You’ll Need to Be Successful
- Business school or Engineering Degree
- Upstream and downstream Supply Chain knowledge (included forecasts, Production planning, Deployment, storage, transportation)
- Sales and Finance knowledge
- Experience working with detailed information and numerical data and presenting it in a way that is easily understood by people at different levels in the organization
- Indirect management experience (project, …)
- SAP / PowerBI / PowerPoint / Excel competencies
- English
- Customer oriented
- Coordination, indirect management and resilience. Team player. Independent and tactical with a proven ability to develop professional relationships and work in a team-oriented environment.
