About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a friendly individual with an interest in curtains, blinds, soft furnishings, and interior decoration to join our small team.
We are looking for someone to join us for a fixed 12-month contract to help our clients find their perfect soft furnishings.
Key Duties
- Visiting clients in their homes to measure and advise on made-to-measure window treatments and other bespoke soft furnishings
- Preparing and sending quotes
- Preparing accurate order confirmations and worksheets once orders are placed
- Researching fabrics, hardware, trimmings, and other soft furnishing products to find the best options for our clients
- Assisting clients in the showroom and remotely via telephone and email

The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have a passion for soft furnishings and interiors
- Be quick to learn fabric collections and technical specifications of curtains, blinds, hardware, and other products
- Be professional, highly organised, approachable, inspiring, and friendly with keen attention to detail
- Be self-motivated and an excellent team player
- Be able to prioritise workload and plan effectively
- Be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of MS Office packages
- Have their own car and full clean driving license

Hours:
Monday – Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours per week)
Salary:
£13 - £15 per hour depending on experience
