ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Soft Gel Production Operator, you will play a vital part in manufacturing high-quality nutritional supplements that are supplied to customers worldwide.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Producing products in line with production plans, on time and right first time.
- Manufacturing and blending capsules and liquid products to the highest quality standards.
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Preparing equipment before production and carrying out machine testing and checks.
- Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), BRC and Food Safety requirements.
- Completing production records and manufacturing documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets.

Previous manufacturing, production or food industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
PAY & CAREER PROGRESSION
Starting Rate: £12.75 per hour
Night Shift Premium: Additional £1.00 per hour
Through our dedicated training matrix, employees can increase their skills and progress to:
£15.00 per hour plus the £1.00 per hour night shift premium
